Dear Snowboarder

The region Val Gardena has sucessfully competed, during the last 15 years,
in the European and World Cup Snowboard Races.

The first snowboard club in Val Gardena was formed by the younger generation
and was known as the 'White Wolf Gardena' club. Many of their members
became European and World Cup champions.

Later the Val Gardena snowboarders joined the 'Ski Club Gardena' and formed
a separate snowboard section.
In 2005 the former and current snowboard champions founded this new club
'Snowboard Gherdeina'.

It is our philosophy to discover young talent in the sport of snowboarding
and to provide the necessary training in order to reach a high level.
It is our aim to provide the opportunity for all snowboarders to succeed in
this sport and offer as much support as possible.
